Making the Wing

Check alignment of spars

Photos# 2-3-4:
Check fit of front wing joint, cut out foam to fit joint.
You can make a template as in pic.#2 below.

Test fit joint. Make sure wing is flat and straight,
laying in top foam section, weigh down, epoxy in place.

Record all measurements.

Do same with rear joint.

Test fit all 1/4 x1/2 spars

Splice spars if necessary.

Epoxy all spars and wire tunnel covers,
keep wing straight.
